Le Bon Vivant – Where flavor and history meet

Since 2013, chef-owner Björn Dijkstra has been at the helm with a clear vision: to create flavorful, thoughtful dishes that strike the perfect balance between classic and contemporary. His passion for gastronomy began at the Hotel Management School Maastricht and was shaped further during a defining internship at Le Grande Provence in South Africa. That experience laid the foundation for what Le Bon Vivant is today: a place where pure flavors, craftsmanship, and creativity come together.

With our new concept Dobbel Good, we pay tribute to the rich history of our location. Where the renowned Dobbel Aajt beer was once brewed by the Marres-Ceulen brewery, we now serve a modern culinary experience. Thoughtfully composed for flavor, perfectly paired with selected wines and alcohol-free cocktails.
